ARCOPOL – OPTIMISER L’INDEMNISATION DU PREJUDICE SUBI PAR LES AUTORITES LOCALES A LA SUITE D’UN ACCIDENT MARITIME

TOPIC : Following the Erika, Prestige and Napoli incidents, ARCOPOL project (ERDF Atlantic Area) aims to develop tools to improve response capabilities of local authorities against oil, HNS and inert spills. One of the activities of the project is devoted to mitigation and claims, including ecological damage. The workshop will be focused on this activity. The workshop will be divided into two separate parts: a "private" workshop, with experts, to continue the work on assessment of ecological damage; an "open" part that will, more broadly, present the achievements of the activity and discuss them.
